About the Venue:  Ghostwolf Gallery is focused on displaying representational and abstract Contemporary Fine Art & Craft. Our goal is to distinguish ourselves from other galleries by attracting artists with truly unique visions whose work is cutting edge and/or contemporary in process, nature, and feel.

Eligibility: Open to artists that are New Mexico residents. Artist submitting must be the original creator and copyright holder of the work submitted for consideration. Work must be original art, not copied from published photos or works by other artists. No installations or sets of works to make one entry will be accepted. (i.e. each piece of a diptych is considered an individual piece.) Submissions should represent the work of a single artist. (If a co-op or collective wishes to submit, each artist must submit seperately.) The review committee reserves the right to disqualify any work which it considers to be in poor taste or inappropriate. Works submitted must be available for sale and deliverable to Ghostwolf on the indicated dates and must remain on display at the gallery for the entirety of the exhibition. Please plan accordingly!

Media: Painting, pastel, ink, collage, assemblage, photography (digital or traditional), digital art, sculpture, jewelry, glass, fiber. We may request that sculpture be delivered with an appropriate neutral stand (black, white, or grey) or be free-standing. All 2D work must be delivered with mounting hooks and wire, ready to hang. Frames are not required for works on board or canvas, but edges should be professionally finished. Works on paper must be framed in a professional manner including glass or plex.

Promotion: Works in this exhibit will be featured in our gallery and on the Ghostwolf Gallery website during the month of June. The show will be featured for a First Friday ARTScrawl and advertised in the Albuquerque Art Business Association publication and online. Press releases will be made and the show will be advertised on social media. Artists will receive a graphic postcard announcing the exhibit to distribute to their individual mailing lists.

Legal: By submitting images of your work, you agree to allow Ghostwolf Gallery to use those images to promote this exhibit as the committee sees fit. (Ghostwolf will never reproduce your work. We may utilize images and text you provide for promotional purposes directly related to the show.) Wherever possible, we will use our best efforts to ensure that your work is accurately represented and credited. If accepted into this exhibit, you agree that Ghostwolf Gallery may sell your submitted work and retain 40% commission on the sale. You will be responsible to pay NMGRT for your portion of the sale. Ghostwolf will collect this from the purchaser and remit the appropriate amount to you for payment to the state. All work must be available for sale. Ghostwolf reserves the right to reject work for any reason. Artwork will be chosen based on qualitative assessments of technique, aesthetics, and relevance to show theme.
