Focus on Kent Winchester • @gallerywithacause Focus on Kent Winchester! Kent Winchester, a native New Mexican, began photographing southwestern skies when he was a little boy. After a career as a trial lawyer he turned his attention to fine art photography. We are given only so many sunrises, thunderstorms, and sunsets and because we do not know how many of each we will have, I photograph as many as I can. Life is fragile, so I go in search of experiences to photograph and share. They are my expressions of gratitude. Kent’s powerful photographs are part of our “Anniversary Exhibition # 1, through May 20. View the exhibition on our Gallery With A Cause website, or make an appointment with gallery director Regina Held for a gallery tour.

A GWAC focus • @gallerywithacause Focus on Ivana Starcevic! My paintings focus primarily on the landscape, told through the language of abstraction. The ever-changing colors of the sky and the wild and enchanting New Mexico terrain are powerful visual stimulations that continually find their way onto my canvases. My process is built on intuition guided by bold colors and wide brush strokes. When painting, I feel driven and willing to take risks. I hope viewers find themselves intrigued with and immersed within each landscape, with a sense of curiosity, wonder and discovery. Ivana’s energetic abstract landscapes are part of our “Anniversary Exhibition # 1, through May 20.
