Albuquerque, NM- 29 March 2016 – Award-winning artist Amy M. Ditto has opened a new venture in the Albuquerque Old Town area. Located at 2043 South Plaza Street NW, Ghostwolf Gallery is focused exclusively on displaying progressive contemporary Fine Art & Craft created by artists with truly unique visions in a vibrant, upscale environment.

Gallery offerings include contemporary photography, digital/new media, paintings, sculpture, jewelry, fiber, and more by thirteen artists: Laura Balombini, Jona Lou Beckett, Amy M. Ditto, Steve Ferenz, Shelly Johnson, Vince Lupo, Molly Mendenhall, Victoria Mlady, Sue Orchant, David Pinney, Elana Schwartz, Lori Swartz, & Gary Zubick.

Visitors will find large focal pieces as well as gift items. Ghostwolf’s award-winning artists bring you work that is edgy and inspired, delightfully unexpected, wildy creative, and definitely different. Distinctively different. Ghostwolf’s artists invite the public to join them for a grand-opening celebration Saturday, April 16th from 5-9. Music on the patio by the Pic Pockets & food and libations by the High Noon Restaurant and Saloon.

About our owner/curator:

Amy M. Ditto is an award-winning artist living and working in the mountains of central New Mexico. Her bold, vibrant, sometimes fantastical, sometimes funny imagery evokes a sense of wonder and irreverence and has been displayed widely around the state in exhibitions and galleries. She has been featured at the Hubbard Museum of the West and the Popejoy Hall Benefactors’ Lounge, is the feature artist for the 2016-2017 Placitas Artists Series, and was the poster artist for the 27th Annual Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Fair Balloon Fiesta show. She has also had work featured in a variety of publications including the Albuquerque Journal, Shadow & Light, Diffusion, abq Arts, Local Flavor, the ABCWUA and CSA/NMAM annual calendars, and cover art for The Malpaís Review.
